As the President of our housing association, I am committed to ensuring that our neighborhood is a safe, secure, and welcoming place for all residents. Shakespeare once remarked , "What's in a name !!" To this, I would say that as far as my feelings for Maximus is concerned , the name ' Maximus ' signifies its identity - Great , High , Huge , Top , Ultimate.
We 474 families came here from different places and got tied here in a single ribbon of family knot. I feel proud of staying together in the toughest period of our lives and find thousands of hands supporting us from behind. I feel proud when I find those thousands of hands join together to make all celebrations successful.
I feel immensely honored to be a part of this society as Secretary and keep enjoying my roles and responsibilities towards this society like that of my family.
I feel overwhelmed to see my extended family members being well connected with each other and enjoying their life with the amenities, facilities & Feel good experiences which they deserve.
I strongly appreciate and feel proud to see the selfless effort of all 48 members of our Association, who are working silently and helping to run this system of immense responsibility of 474 families.
Success doesn't come in a day. It is the outcome of focused planning , extensive effort, integrity, togetherness, mutual understanding, and proactive leadership.
I have all the reasons to love this Association and strongly believe that I will be able to continue as your loved one through my services and care for our society.

The event transcended cultural boundaries, fostering a sense of belonging and solidarity among residents from various backgrounds. With traditional music echoing through the courtyard and an array of delectable sweets, the festivities at Merlin Maximus Apartment epitomized the spirit of Holi, blending tradition with modern-day community bonding.
