All Occupants are requested to cooperate with security personnel and other staff. If there is any point of disagreement, the respective individual is expected to bring to notice of MMAOA and requested to refrain / argue/ threaten the security personnel.
Any point for discussion shall be entertained only at the MMAOA Office. In case of any emergency, each tower has an elected member in the MMAOA – they should be informed, who in turn shall inform the Management Committee for further action/solution.
If any resident/service agency person involves in discriminating anyone based on religion, race, caste, sex or place of birth, society will raise complaint with appropriate authority. He/she can be punishable under Indian penal code ( IPC) of sections 153, 295 And 295A.
We are a registered housing association, residents have to co-operate with Facility Management Team for the maintenance of society, for any inconvenience caused to other members or any non-cooperative behavior, MMAOA will take appropriate action.
Occupants shall inform the Society if they raise pets in their flats. It shall be their responsibility to ensure that the pets do not dirty the Premises. Any droppings by the pets shall be cleaned by the Occupant.
Occupants taking out their pets are requested to use the Service lift as courtesy to fellow occupants.
Occupants are requested to avoid the amenities room to enter with pets as courtesy to fellow occupants.
It is mandatory to vaccinate pets and submit vaccination certificate and pet license from Municipal authority to MMAOA office. Regular Vaccination records need to be provided by Pet Owner to Committee Office for records.
It is mandatory carry Poop Scoop when taking dogs for a walk. Mouth guard mandatory when taking pets outside for walk.
Banned Pets by GOI are not allowed. If found society will intimate to concerned authority.
Pet business not permitted.
Fine of Rs 1000/- will be levied for every breach/violation of rules.
It will be strictly monitored and necessary steps as per guideline for non-compliance will be taken.
No Occupant shall throw or cause to be thrown, any object (food, cigarette buds, PAN/GUTKA/SPITTING any waste etc.) out of the windows or the balcony.
Occupants are responsible for the conduct of their maids/domestic help/ labour engaged by them. Throwing of articles by them would be deemed to be thrown by the Occupant himself/herself.
Fine of Rs 1000/- will be levied for every breach/violation of rules.
