Way back in 2016, Merlin Group came up with their first ever housing project in the Northern suburbs of Kolkata - Merlin Maximus: Our present dream dwelling place.

By late 2018, families started to move in to this beautiful 7 tower - 474 flat complex with almost all amenities like Swimming pool, Gymnasium, Yoga room , Billiards, Carrom facilities, Club room, Natural Pond, Multipurpose play arena & a beautifully landscaped podium . Our Complex is also equipped with commercial utility units like Spencer's, Indusind Bank , Bandhan Bank , LG Shop , Dental Care clinic , Furniture outlets etc.

Before the final handover of the Project by Merlin Developments to the residents, we proved our existence as a unified body in 2020 through our Ad-hoc Committee, which fought relentlessly under a single umbrella to get our dues and claims understood and settled by the Developer. In fact, the Ad -hoc committee surprisingly evolved as a strong body, which brought all Residents under an umbrella to fight for our reasonable demands. 

To our satisfaction, the reasonable , understanding and wise residents loved our activities and ultimately elected us to continue our job as an Elected Association - MERLIN MAXIMUS APARTMENT OWNER'S ASSOCIATION(MMAOA).

MMAOA , our elected Association, comprises of 9 designation,  formed in at ..... and had officially taken charge of our complex from Merlin Developments on 1st September, 2021.

From the day -1 of Adhoc committee, our prime objective was to involve the residents, willing to work with us and as on date we found 33 residents, who are working with selfless effort and devotion for the betterment of our society.

We, as an Association hope and expect to do work whole heartedly with sincerity , devotion & dedication eternally.
